The first standard proof release from our Sheffield Hill farm, made with 100% WintMalt barley — a hardy winter varietal — that we've floor malted and peat-smoked for 18 hours. Aged 6.58 years in our rickhouse and bottled at 96.4 proof, this year’s Father’s Day bottling is a quietly expressive whiskey with deep roots and unmistakable character. Notes of citrus are rounded out by toffee and baking spices. The very long finish has an intense, campfire smokiness brought on by this whiskeys extended peat smoke time.
