The first cask strength release from our Sheffield Hill farm, made with 100% WintMalt barley — a hardy winter varietal — that we've floor malted and peat-smoked for 18 hours. Aged 6.58 years in our rickhouse and bottled at 120.7 proof, this year’s Father’s Day bottling is a quietly expressive whiskey with deep roots and unmistakable character. This whiskeys high proof draws out more oak and bigger spice flavors. The very long finish has an intense, campfire smokiness brought on by this whiskeys extended peat smoke time.
