The oldest whiskey we've ever drawn, its journey began in 2014, with the inaugural harvest of our Wiltsie Bridge fields. Handcrafted from 100% barley, floor malted and hand kilned in our malthouse, this remarkable Field-to-Glass® spirit aged for more than a decade — dumped at 10.5 years after finishing in Oloroso Sherry and Pedro Ximénez wine casks. We’re limiting its release to just 160 barrel-proof bottles.
